Aulia Kahfi

Aulia grows coffee on the Rakyat Farm, which he inherited from his family. He has been involved in coffee production since his early teens, but has always had a special interest in specialty coffee. Now in his early thirties, Aulia is an enterprising entrepreneur.

e handpicks ripe, red cherries, soaks them in clean water for two days, and then lays them out on patios to dry. Aulia rakes the cherries frequently to ensure even drying. Drying the cherries takes approximately 12 to 15 days.
